im pretty sure the coach bus was from money donated by shelters. i volunteer at a shelter by my house and at a salvation army by my house, and the animal shelter and salvation army both held fundraisers for katrina. it's really weird how much more money and supplies the animal shelter recieved.

I find it frightening, almost. I mean, animals are important too but over HUMAN BEINGS? Frightening.

i don't know. personally i've always felt more pity for animals than i have for people.

babies.
animals.
old people.
everyone else.

just because babies and animals are more helpless than most old people and everyone else (people in wheelchairs or disabilities excluded).

I definitely feel children come first, regardless, but I feel like animals can fend for themselves a lot better than most people can.

And where the hell are these hurricanes coming from?! They're happening everywhere but the area that I live in, so I'm glad.
