No, it's not just you, people shouldn't have to buy the descriptions of the stuff in the museum. I've been to exhibits where they sold books that went more into depth about the displays, but there were still short descriptions of the displays on the wall. The books were for sale because they couldn't fit all of the information on little plaques.

Is your lemon tree in a pot? I've decided to plant one from a seed and so far it's a very cute seedling. So perhaps I'm getting ahead of myself worrying whether I'll keep it in a pot on the deck or keep it inside.

It is, but it's a meyer lemon, which is a dwarf type. Lemons are not hardy to our zone, obviously, so we have to keep them small and portable, but, mine likes to be on the porch during the summer and sulks inside when I have to take it in. Even by the window, it doesn't think it gets enough sun. So, I would put yours on the deck once it's reliably staying in the 50s or 60s at night.

Thanks, good info! I'm not expecting much from my lemon tree, frankly. I'm growing it from a seed I got out of a diner lemon. But it's kind of sweet looking and gives me something else to worry about :)
