Crunchy corn dip

Can someone please email me or post the recipe? A gf in tx wants it and figured it was easier to post here then have Jason hunt for it! I have been searching cooks corner for awhle but on my iPhone it is not the fastest thing!!
I have an idea but want to make sure I am right! Thanks in advance!

I just made this for the first time since living int eh UK! I had to forego the green chiles since they don't sell them here (that I can easily find). And I'm serving it with Doritos, since of course there are no fritos either. We'll see how it is!
