A few words about the historical elements in "The Dusk Descending":

Newsies the movie takes a great many liberties with actual history, and as this is fanfic first and foremost, movie canon trumps fact. Where it doesn't contradict canon, however, I've relied on history to set the stage, figuring that I couldn't get a good idea of how Jack & Co.

i love your story. i've been at school all day and it's been hard to get in time to read. lol. but i'm trying. it's amazing. you took two story lines that have nothing to do with each other except the actor is the same. and you put them together and made them fit so well. i would have never have though to put those two movies together but you did and it's awesome. your writing is so professional and i love it.
