One of my favorite Christmas songs.  Of course, I seem to be saying that nearly every day.  I really just want to say that I am so proud of myself for making it to today, Christmas Eve with this.  Last year, I didn't make it even halfway, so I'm tremendously proud of myself.

The same thing happened to me too! I went to mass on Christmas eve and was so confused when I started to say "And also with you" and everybody else said "And with the spirit". I don't understand why they suddenly decide to change everything.

I only heard one person near me say the new words, and even her kids were giving her dirty looks. My church is filled with older people who aren't going to accept this well. And then there's me... who just hates change.

My dad said they haven't changed it since he was 10, nearly 50 years ago. They want to bring in new people, but it won't work.
