NaNoWriMo ideas

Help!  I have a lot of friends on here, so I'm hoping at least a couple decide to help me with this.

I am still not sure if I'm doing NaNoWriMo next month.  I'm going to be extremely busy and I might have to sacrifice sleep (but sleep is for December, right?) if I want to win.  But I am going to at least plot out ideas in case Nov. 1 rolls around

I like the second one -- it sounds very sweet. The first one sounds like more of a tragedy and also could be a bit more predictable. I like the unexpectedness of a ghost being a "good guy" and maybe even a love interest. :)

I really like idea #2. I think ghost stories, done well, can be incredibly romantic and interesting. I also think you could do more plot with it and I feel like it's more 'nano friendly' if that makes sense?

I love "Travelin' Soldier," so I'm going to have to go with the first one. Would love to read a story based on that song!
