I liked the back story of where the plan was going. And I am kinda impressed with Merlin for resisting Arthur when he really wants to be with him.
If you haven't gotten a beta offer, I would be happy to look through it.

Don't worry, hun, the plan made perfect sense! The flashback turned out fine, although I panicked a bit at first thinking that I had skipped a chapter because I couldn't remember what the guys were talking about. But that's more to do with not reading it all at once, I think.

I love how you're handling Arthur and Merlin, that Arthur is starting to hint at deeper feelings without getting too sappy too quickly. It takes time to change one's habits, man-sluttery included, lol.
