So, the building I live in at school is just over a hundred years old...and has heating nearly as old. We have these radiators that are reminiscent of the Depression and make noises like there are gnomes inside mining for coal. Well, the being kicked out of your room sucks. But just think, you've been breathing in all that icky mold. I think this is a case of your clumsiness reaping rewards.

And I think the radiator noises are charming (yay! gnomes), but I don't have to try and sleep with them.

Yeah, the radiators are charming in an old-building sort of way, until they clang and clatter right as you're about to fall asleep. It's worse this year because I have both mine and the bathroom one making noise, since it's just on the other side of the wall.

Are you looking forward to our argument about whether I can sleep with my humidifier going? We'll need Dick Van Dyke beds (hehe...I said dyke).

It's entirely possible that I'll have to sleep in my own room :P Actually, a humidifier, while annoying, is at least a constant noise rather than a startling, out of nowhere, apocalyptic banging. Plus, I sleep with earplugs in.

It might be a good chance for me to go hide in the library and get some actual work done! But we'll see. It's either that or bug my best friend into an all-day movie marathon in her room, haha.
