Well, I've tasted the Apple and been naughty...

Yesterday was the official release of the iPad2 and after work I stopped by our local Wal-Mart just to see if by any chance of the gods they would have them. As fate would have it, they did! My Otter wanted one and decided he couldn't wait for it to be delivered. *eye roll*

So he goes to the nearest Apple store at 6:00 PM yesterday and what a surprise, they're sold out. As of today it's a three week wait for an online order.

It's funny you say that because I just got back from the BestBuy store here to get the cover and a few other things and the sales guy said the same thing... They were out within two hours of putting them on sale!
