Does anyone have any recommended recipes for swiss chard?

Yes!

1.) Sautee the chopped leaves with garlic and put it on pizza. KEEP THE OIL
2.) Keep the stems from step 1. You can toss these into a vegetable medley in a grill wok or just a pan. I used zucchini, onion, and red bell pepper with mine.

I saute it in olive oil and hit it with a pinch of salt. YUMMERS.

Hm. Salt probably would have helped. I did just oil and garlic, and it was kind of meh. Mostly just bitter. Hmm...

yeah, the leaves are sweet and the stems are bitter, and the longer it's out of the ground the bitterer the stems seem to get. Angela sautes it with garlic and olive oil and whatnot; something like this is pretty standard. I'd honestly never heard of it til last week to be honest, when Angela came home with a metric fuckton of it from the CSA.

I most often use chard in a quiche or frittata.
