hey. i went to the doctor yesterday. i got a shot, and some muscle relaxers. and some steroids. but i didnt fill the prescription, and today my shoulders and back hurt so bad that i had to go home from work.

so im getting my prescription filled and going back to the doctor. yikes. i dont want another shot. i almost died with the first one
