I know requests are closed but I just have to ask.... who is that stunningly ripped and racked woman in your requests banner and where does she come from?

Her name is Morrigan, she's a supporting character from Air Gear. She actually appeared only several times in the manga, always alongside with her partner, Merlin. She usually looks like this, but one of the recent chapters reveals that clearly it's an understatement. 8D
