So I'm on the second button band now, and considering the first one took me about twenty minutes because I can seriously rip out 85 stitches like anything, this thing is reaching the stage where I can honestly say to stick a fork in it, that fucker is done. The instant you say the words 'Oliver I don't want you', he comes and wants to know what you're doing interesting without him, and when you shove him away because you are FREAKING BLOCKING YOUR FREAKING SWEATER ON THE FLOOR and you DON'T WANT DOG HAIR ON IT he comes around the other side. Mind, this is a dog who cares nothing about knitting or knitted objects.

Also, the internet DIDN'T lie about spinning out water in the washer.

well, the only place I had handy was the living room floor and then Mom cleared off the table because he was like What u do D:? at me a lot and that's always a bad sign. SOO like a male.

It said that you could get most of the water out of an object by putting it in the spin cycle, and by God it was right! I'd never quite dared try before but that was a hell of a lot of water in the thing.

I need to find my camera and take a picture of the yarn I have left from the fifth skein of wool. There's like ten yards left. I keep looking at it and shuddering a little.
