Shunki? The name is vaguely familiar, but what this fandom lacks is a good diagram of all the characters and their relationships.

The hell of it is that you could totally argue for Seiran being Second Wife.

come on, someone has to have learned how to make food until Shuurei was old enough to do it. I mean, Shouka with his Touch Of Death in the kitchen and all.... I wonder how long it took Shouka to break Seiran of the habit of cooking small mammals (rabbits, squirrels, rats) on spits over the fire....

I have to admit that I'm kind of fascinated by the change from Seiran in the beginning of the anime, where he's gentle and strong and noble, to the ZOMGFERAL!Seiran that shows up right around when Ensei comes around and who shows up just about ALL THE TIME when he meets anyone from his past in Brown Province. XD

I keep trying to write about it but I can't figure out how to do it. Because there's the way he acts around his new family. There's the way he acts around Ensei, which is more snark and you exist therefore I smack your head with my paw but not much claw. And then there's the way he reacts when he sees people from Sa Province, which is totally, like you said, feral and not rational.

Darn him, he needs to make up his mind!

Also, I think there is TOTALLY bad touch going on in Seiran's past in Sa Province. Srsly.
