I haven't seen it around -- I mean, mochi*mochi is doing Awkward Silent and they just put up chapter three (childhood friend APPEAR! dummadummadummmaDUN) of that, but I'd never seen it before I was poking around after I shrieked and dove for the Awkward Silent. Although I tend not to keep up on scans unless someone recommends them because of the whole 'IRC points and laughs at me' thing.

Have you read it? Do you have any idea what it's about?

Haven't read it, I was just asking the flist about it the other day. Somebody mentioned that it was showing up on yaoi_daily, but if so I've missed it, and have been too lazy/busy to go searching for it. Apparently it has archery, though. XD;

*brightens* Archery is good! I am a shallow person.

Well if I don't end up loving it so much I want to keep it forever do you want it? that way only one of us has to pay for the JP shipping.

Ah... Wild Rock and most of the things done by Mishima Kazuhiko really could be better if some of her uke weren't... well... girly. I mean, there are some girly looking guys I can find myself liking but that's because they have a backbone and the attitude to kick ass if anyone thought twice about them.

I'm not sure if you've already read anything by her but I find myself really loving anything by Yukine Honami. She's really just the artist but the mangas she draws for are really fun to read. I rec Binetsu Kakumei and Rin! because bratty/possessive dragon princes and house guardians have never been more cute and archery is hot.

Binetsu Kakumei was put out as Sweet Revolution by DMP and I'm still goddamn waiting for goddamn Eugene bookstores to have goddamn Rin! in English because I have the scans and it's one of my favorite BL series ever and I think I have scraps of fic floating around for it.

....................... You must reveal the scraps of fic floating around for it to the world.

There's another one by her but I've forgot the title. In short, it's two friends and it starts out with the Tall, Dark-haired and Handsome friend telling the main character he gets turned on by him.

Damn, I want to read them over again. Such lovely art.

Yabai Kimochi in the original, I think it's Desire in the States. There's also Tenohira no Seiza, which I ordered from JPQueen and is about this guy whose cousin comes to live with them while he goes to college and it's mildly angsty and retarded because he thinks his cousin hates him and his cousin actually has a really big gay crush on him. There's also one about this kid who is this spoiled noble brat and this phantom thief guy who placidly seduces him. And then there's Kimi ni wa Katenai! which I've never really looked at but appears to be of the retarded gakuen variety.

I really like her art but I'm a fan of the really restrained style -- and of the super detailed shoujo style, but I like how she can pack a lot of information in a minimal drawing.

I uh. Might be a little obsessed. I guess she did one with a threesome? With a girl or something? I might be hallucinating, however.

*digs in her files*

Sou knows he’s really kind of an asshole, and he’s okay with it, or at least he would be if his assholehood didn’t insist ( ... )
