龍天祥 or 龍天翔 would be my guess -- 祥=fortune, 翔=flight, so both pretty suitable.

I hear people saying that the Temeraire books aren't exactly historically accurate and I am a bit surprised that anybody really cares.

I assumed 香 fragrance, Because It Sounds Nice (tm). That's a girl's name, though, and it could be a billion other things (ex. 翔 hover/soar，镶 embroidered/embossed，相 minister).

I dunno, that's how she wrote it in the book? o_oa I am also mildly confused because she uses Lung as a general last name and the middle character as a sort of indicator as what class of the dragon she's refering too and the last character for the personal name of the dragon. So I expect people to refer to Temeraire as Tien Xiang and they just call him Xiang and i'm all ?????? at it.

HA, I was totally cool because I routinely keep every single protective bracelet known to God and/or man equiped on Alice, on the grounds that the white mage needs to not be dealing with status effects when she could be curing people instead. Also am very confused at the way the first Light fusion looks like a mutated moogle. But that's okay, I got the second one and am really kind of enjoying the 'cure all' thing because I'm sorta kind of really not having the Cure All spell for Alice dammit.
