Bacon fried rice is artery clogging goodness.

My personal favorite breakfast? Corned beef fried rice -- made with canned corned beef -- topped with an egg. A close second is steak fried rice. So many poor student/graduate meals of this has been good for the soul, bad for the butt (and heart.)
