Why is Kirk always the one getting knocked up? That's not a complaint; just an honest question. I think it's inherently funnier and makes more sense, but I can't explain why... One day, (when I admit to myself I actually kind of sort of like mpreg a little) I'll search for fics where Spock's the one preggers.

I think my kneejerk fear of all things related to pregnancy is one of the big reasons I can't get into mpreg. I'm so very terrified of pregnancy I cannot imagine wanting to inflict it on somebody else, let alone somebody male. I've spent significant chunks of my life wishing I was male, just to avoid the very possibility.

That being said, I approve of stories that involve more of Winona being awesome.
