Thanks for this, it was lovely. I like that you pick up on the corniness of the moment but how for now that's exactly what they both need.

She needed to say it, to let him know how much he means to her and he needed to know that someone loved him just for him, that he had a place somewhere.

I like the part about how the relief left him so quickly it ached because yeah...it was a beautiful, intimate moment but it's in the midst of alot of painful reunions for Peter and them maybe not being able to go back. I just love that you note the horrible (and yet perfect) timing.

But yeah, beautiful fic that really expands on that moment. He's definitely coming back for Olivia and nobody else, that's for sure.
