This morning began like most others ... I was pretty tired as I had woken up several times during the night. A few hits of the snooze bar, and I am having breakfast with my lovely lady. We head off to work together but after a few blocks of walking with her, I am feeling quite ill ( Read more... )

Feeling much better. I was feeling better pretty much right away afterwards but did have some tea to calm myself with.

There is to much work to slack off at home feeling sick ... of course, I am slacking off now on LJ but at least I am multitasking while doing that.

Maybe you should get a belly scan to see if the foetus miscarried, but never left your body and is calcifying into a 20 pound lump. You can sell the footage to the Discovery Channel.

I find that it's never the case that I get an upset stomach and can then go on with my day. I may feel better after the initial upchuck, but that seems to aggrivate my stomach enough to put me out of commission for the rest of the day and possibly the next. It's like my whole stomach rebels against me and I'm all out of whack.

I rarely get upset stomachs so this is all new to me ... this year has been a bad health time so far ... lots of things for my body to fight.

I'm amazed at how healthy yoga has kept me this past year; schmaybe it's something to look into if you've found yourself more susceptible to colds and nasty illnesses.

My lovely fiance and I are doing some yoga right now but it is amongst the cheesiest yoga I have ever done (from my vast experience of two yoga series).
