[In his good mannered nature he sticks his hand out too him, balancing the ball on the top of his foot.]

Nice to meet ya, I'm Bradley. Do you need something with her?

Not particularly. I thought I'd tell you that she's not going to be staying there any more though, since she doesn't seem to want to come out of her room to tell anyone herself.
