Got my Limited Edition LOTR which was a pleasant surprise because I didn't expect to receive them for another week at least. Managed to sneak them onto the DVD shelves without the husband noticing. Not that I don't want him to know about them of course but I've already got 3 sets of the LOTR movies - the VCDs, the DVDs, the Extended Edition DVDs - ( Read more... )

Yay for another set!

You know what. My sis has two sets of the three LOTR EE, thanks to the post office's mistake. Heheh. I don't know if she's going to buy this one, though. Or perhaps it's my turn now.

That extra set would come in useful for say, a birthday gift for somebody. Or did your sister return the extra set?

Yay, that's very good news, hon!

I'll wait until it is released here in Italy and then decide if buy it or not.

Let me know if in your opinion it is worthy, please, as soon as you can watch it!

Hugs you

I'd love to get a really beautiful, hardbound set of LOTR and just admire it. I keep "wearing out" all the paperbacks I buy and read.

For a really good, comfy read, I prefer the paperbacks. I can sit/lie down any which way with them and not really worry whether I leave curry stains on the pages. But of course, the hardcovers look much better on the bookshelves, esp if they are LOTR!

Oh, you already got them! I hope you will find them worthy. I have now heard both good and bad. :/

Hehehe, I hope your husband will not notice.

He probably won't, and I've already thrown away the plastic wrappings. I hope they're worthy too. Heh heh, I'm overbudget this month because of them :/
