Hey, know the feeling. Went through something similar, although it sounds like you had it quite a bit worse, with all the exercise and everything. Ah well, good to hear you've recovered, but if you miss dancing next week, i'll kill you :).
woosh! stop doing things! (sif I can talk- I swear, things are actually going to be more relaxing now that I'm back at uni....though somewhat less fun...)
