Blow your nose and see if the result is a funny color. (Yes, I realize booger scrying isn't fun. XD) If it's green or yellow or bloody, then you may have a sinus infection. Which would explain the congestion, the headache and why the claritin isn't working. In which case you'll need some antibiotics.
