I'd love to hear some toy suggestions for 3 year old boys!  trying to come up with some bday gifts for H for this year.  he already has a train table and tons of trains, and a big kidkraft toy garage set.

Year 3 was a year of construction stuff for JJ. He was in to tools big time then. His favorite thing seemed to be the big bucket of home depot tools we got him and the Melissa & Doug construction worker dress up set.

He loved that even more than the cool (expensive) balance bike we got him. But he loved that too.

By three Logan was getting into mega blocks more, especially train ones! Also, tools, and for logan, cooking.

It gets harder to keep doing big gifts once you have those couple big things. What first comes to mind is legos/some kind of building toys and outdoor toys which I'm not sure you can use those?

Some smaller things:

Superhero cape (and other dress-up stuff)
Hot wheels tracks
Playdough machine thing
Tools (all kinds)
Little people (we got airport, airplaine)
Trucks, cars of all kinds
Toy guitar
