Casey nods and buttons her jacket before standing. She walks around the table and stops in front of the jury box ( ... )

Riley takes a deep breath, gets out of his seat, adjusts his jacket, and gets ready to begin. He places his hands in his pockets and walks towards the jury box:

"Let's say for a moment, you own a small business, a cleaning service, let's say. You get up every day, get dressed, work from nine-to-five, go home, eat dinner, watch some Letterman, go to sleep. In that nine-to-five, you send out your employees to clean people's homes, trusting them with your client's personal possessions, as your clients trust you to hire the right people. Then, one day, you get up, go to work, get a phone call. One, or two in this case, of your employees has been stealing from your clients. Those people who you rely on to give you a good reputation, and give you more business. The people you rely on to survive. So then, you take out those employee's files, go over their records, and your own and you find, that not only have they been stealing from the clients, they've been stealing from you as well.
