Matt Cohen, a professional diver going into the water near Queensboro Bridge to collect a suicide, found a small plastic bag stuck on a rock. He picked it up out of the water and brought it to shore with the intention of throwing it away to help the environment when he realized that contained something. Upon opening it he threw it to the ground
