Not quite sure this is what my co-mod had in mind, but I rewatched the War at Home and this is the result

Summary Epilogue to The War At Home episode Jeffries makes some observations about Eames' partner and the new captain
Detective Jeffries shook his head.
“You got a problem Jeffries?” Eames asked harshly.
“No, other than worrying about being in the blast zone when things finally erupt.”
“You know that wasn’t typical behavior for Bobby,” Eames vigorously defended her partner even though she was furious at him.
“I know that and you know that, but I’m not so sure our new captain knows that. Ross came in with a bias against Bobby and all he has seen is Bobby in one stressed out situation after another.”
“Yeah but Ross tried to cut him some slack this time.”
“When would a guy like Bobby Goren have learned how to accept it?”
Eames sighed “Keep your flak jacket handy.”
