hi, i dont really get it but, can the nail polish be used as a base colour? or have to use the usual nail polish?

Hey dear, the function of this two-way nail pen is to provide an easier job for nail art. But it can be used as nail polish as well :)

Hi babe, after a long period of not using, the tip will dry up. But shaking and squeezing will solve it :)
