Holiday blues apology

I am so sorry, but I am woefully behind on getting presents and cards sorted and out. Don't expect anything from me until January. Meh. And when the end of January comes, I will accept defeat for whatever didn't get done and turn toward trying to get things out for the next year end. Like every year

Don't be sorry, my dear. Sometimes real life simply takes over and you can't do anything against it. But we know you are here and we will stay here. Plain and simple as that. As you say - you are not alone , you are NEVER alone!!! I'm glad you and your cats are doing well. No dear you are not alone. I am feeling the effects of the shorter days and when you're working, less daylight hours to enjoy and I think it takes a toll. Also is this the first Christmas (maybe second) without your mom? Add to that the lump-of-coal tax bill about to skate through and the one I will not name in DC it's enough to bring anyone down.

Do something you really want this season regardless of what it is, if you get the cards done save them for next year & forget about this one. *biggest hugs*

I, too, am woefully behind on.....well, everything. I'm Olde now. That is my excuse.

I'm glad that nothing especially grim has happened in your life this year.....perhaps, even, your entish 'lateness' is more a result of some actual peace having come to reside within you. I hope so. A happy season to you and may 2018 be a good year for us all!
