In the tables around us were young people all dressed in their prom finest, glittering gowns and tuxes, so it looked like we were in royal company.

Hey, I've been thinking of you every time I hear the reports on the floods in WV--how did you and your area make out in all that--were you affected? I'm so hoping you weren't. *hugs tight*

Things are fine in my area thankfully. It missed the section of WV where I am. It got people about an hour away but for some reason it didn't affect us at all. I think at last count 28 people in the state died due to flooding so it was a mess elsewhere.

I was happy to provide the games and other amusements. It's one benefit of being close enough to drive. :-)
