Laramie Moot: From Denver to Wyoming Border and Update

Aug 02, 2015 19:08

So my trip and moot report! You already got the airplane flight--it was a great flight out. I'm going to try to fly a Southwest 737 any time I have the chance--it was so roomy compared to the SW 727 I rode going back--makes a big difference. This will be one of several pic posts I'll be posting of the trip and moot ( Read more... )

Saki has a theme song! Awwww.

Those are great from-the-car pics. I really miss the low humidity of Laramie. My hands didn't hurt a bit through the whole trip, but started aching again when I got home. It has to be humidity related.

She has many actually. But she has a special song that seems to bid her to jump into plastic crates and baskets.

Thank you--I'm most fond of the last 2.

*hugs* I wish you more relief from the aches. Is it usually humid this time of year in San Diego, or is it a new trend?

We saw each there a week ago now!

It's usually humid here except for September-November, when the desert winds blow in from the east.

*hugs all up and down*

thanks so much for the account of your journey. So thankful you had a good time! It's always good to come home, though, isn't it? Especially when the kids are a-waitin'!

I thought Mr Holmes was such a great movie. It made me think and moved me in so many different ways.

(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((LT))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))). I'm glad it was a good day. I think.....when our parents have, at last, gone, they teach us their final lessons. I think mine must just have been to be quiet and wait.

I'm glad to share it. Thank you, bb! It was good to be back with my furry kids.

The wait for the book to come out is going longer than expected, I take it. Poor you. *hugs*

no, the book is out (has been since July 2). People ARE just now starting to receive their copies. I had a couple emails today from frabjous folks. It's great to know it came out so very well.

What lovely country. :)

I hope the new med works for Saki. Glad the other kitties are doing good.

It was beautiful.

I think the med is helping a little--she seems a little more energetic already.

Beautiful photos! What a lovely place! I'm sorry Saki isn't feeling well. I will hope for good results with the new meds. I'm really wanting to see 'Mr. Holmes' but since I live in "the place that nothing comes to" it isn't showing here. In fact, so far it isn't showing within 200 miles of me. I fear that I won't get to see it until it is streaming on Netflix.

You're welcome! It is different. I was in the Maryland mountains yesterday, and it is such different beauty.
