Remembrance Day, or, I think, 'Veteran's Day' in the US, seems to be nearly forgotten now that time has passed. I have two WWII Servicemen in my family who are still alive: my Uncles Stan and Charlie. Uncle Charlie is somewhere in the bowels of California and hasn't been seen by us since 1975, and Stan is in Quebec - he visits a few times a year.
