Mike and I usually try to make a real breakfast whenever we don't have some place to be on a weekend morning.  I'm in charge of pancakes, and sometimes eggs.  Over the course of the past 15 months, we occasionally experiment with the type of pancakes, and I thought I should record this information

i made strawberry chocolate chip pancakes a few weeks ago. they were incredible, but i think they would have been EVEN BETTER if i just used strawberries. mmmmm.

so last weekend we tried frozen strawberries, and it wasn't all that awesome. did you use fresh strawberries? did you but them or blend them or mash them or what?

i just sliced up fresh strawberries and put them in the batter. that's it!
