Where are you getting it? Don't be scared. Its not that bad. :) Mine didn't hurt a whole lot but I think that's cause I had someone to talk to and keep my mind off it.

Well, that is still a toss up... but I think just on my upperback- to the side just above my shoulder blade.

John and I are getting matching Tattoos. They aren't going to be huge or anything.. Probably a wee bit bigger than a silver dollar.

I'm just so damn scared!

Hey Hun, Congrats on making the decision to switch over and pursue happiness even if it is a little short coming to start. I know you will be great in the travel field.

I soooo can't wait for Vegas. *smiles* You and John will be fine with the tattoos I am sure. I will hold your hand if you cry. =P

Thanks hun! I am really excited actually... the move into the travel industry just seems to be a good fit for me. It's something I have always talked about and wanted to do...and the commission is good. I believe it will far exceed what I am making now so it should all work out!!

Whats this "I will hold your hand if you cry =P" ..... HELL you KNOW I will cry, there is no if about it I'm sure!!

But I am so excited to leave!! It's going to be over before we know it! I just want to get there...and 'do stuff' no schedule, no rules, just fun fun fun.. do whatever, whenever and have a blast while doing it! hehe

Did Jess ever letcha know if she liked the wallpapers or not?

Sorry I'm a bit late catching up on my LJ friends list, but wanted to say congrats on the new job. I think you'll like the travel industry. I considered getting into it myself at one point. The benefits usually rock :)

You'll have to post pics of the new tat.

Thanks Darin!
I think I will totally enjoy it! And yes the 'perks' definitely do rock! Not to mention the commissions etc....
This company is great too because after 1 year of employment you get 2 weeks vacation.... after 2 years you get 3 weeks and after 3 years you get 4 weeks paid vacation.... so that on top of the medical benefits, and the travel perks I think it should be a great career!

Plus, being that I love to travel how could I ever get tired of this job :)

It's been a long while since I have heard from you... how are you doing these days? Any big plans for the summer?

Doing pretty well. Super busy at work. As usual, business gives engineering unrealistic ship goals. Still going to "wine school" a couple nights a week. Took Sensory Evaluation and Food & Wine Pairing this quarter. The food and wine class has been a lot of fun. Only going to take 1 class this summer so should have a little less busy schedule. Other than going to Whistler with my Dad & Elaine over Labor day weekend I don't have any plans this summer.

Sorry I couldn't make Vegas. Schedule with the new job just didn't work out. I look forward to seeing the pics though :) Speaking of work I'd better finish getting ready for it. TTYL
