I am running out the door right now, but I'll have to return later and post an enormous screed on the greatness of The Lies of Locke Lamora, which is pretty much the best thing that happened to me all year. *g*

Hee! That would be awesome. I'd herd good things about it, but I didn't expect to love it quite as crazily as I do.

Small world! I just ordered The Lies of Locke Lamora from the SFBC -- I knew nothing about it but I liked the VERY short write up so I took a chance. It's nice to get a positive opinion...

Hee. A couple of people on my flist had read it, so I thought I'd give it a go. I'm really very glad I did.

Has it arrived yet? Have you started? You have to tell me all about it when you do. *g*

I've already vomited about 700 words of the Sam and Dean raised by Chains AU to cdeacon over chat.

This book will TEAR YOU APART. The second half is like a juggernaut.

Even though I have been meaning to reply to this for weeks and not getting there, you aren't going to hold that against me, right? Right? You will be telling me all about this AU any time now?

Also, dude, dude, that book. With the way I was all, "Well, it can't get any worse," and then it did. God, so awesome.

I've started the second one, and I'm loving it.

Just randomly clicking over to your LJ from musesfool's, and I have to say, The Gentleman Bastard Sequence is awesome. And if you're done with book two, you know how slashtastic and fantastic it is; yay!
