oh my, what a great chapter! There was I, happily reading and thinking how much I like how you developed 'your' Jim, and how he'd mellowed, then wham! William's back, and furious! But how typical of Blair to want to give him peace rather than leave him stranded.
SO looking forward to the next chapter

I can't imagine Blair wanting to leave any soul in torment, William included. I'm so glad that you like how Jim's character has grown during the events of this story. He's mellowed because he's happy. Well, happy with Blair. Also the extraction Blair did really did help lighten his soul.
