Oh! It's with a huge class action company in Waterloo. I'm a "bilingual service agent" and will be taking calls from people wanting to register their claims. I'll be explaining the suits, qualification details for registration, and how they get their money. It's a division of an enormous insurance company and handles all the big class actions in Canada. i.e. They're handling the dispensation of funds from the residential schools suit that was recently decided on. (I had to pass a background check to work on this one!) And the tainted blood scandal and the Walkerton water, but those have been settled.
I'm looking forward to it. I have a week of training and my job isn't selling of making outbound calls. Now, I didn't mind when I worked retail, I was good at making a sale, but I don't like the up-selling that often comes with phone-based jobs. I hope it all works out!
I've been following your posts too! Sounds like BR is going well.
Awesome!! That's really close! London's where we had to go when I was younger if we wanted to go clothes shopping since my town had nothing. Are you there just for the summer and working?
(And I really want Chuck to come back on. I'm pining for Captain Awesome and Morgan)
I'm getting my Chuck fix by downloading random episodes - it's fun :D
Also, moved! I'm in London for the next two years so I can go to Western for my psych degree! It's pretty exciting. I know how to get to about four places in the city so far - I desperately need to explore!
