On Thursday I had to report to the Boulder Justice Center for jury duty. Now I know lots of people that have been summoned for jury duty, but for one reason or another none of them have actually served. Well, I served. I got called as one of the 12 people to sit in the jury box and answer questions for the attornies. One of the people was

"sleeping in the backseat" != "driving" how are you possibly in control of a vehicle if you're a) asleep and b) in the back seat?

No idea, but there were a couple casses the judge told us about where people were charged in those circumstances... crazy, huh?
