stories and plans

I think I'm going to participate in NaNoWriMo this year, in a limited (and technically cheating) fashion. I have a bunch of funny true stories from my own life that I want to write down, and maybe some non-funny ones too, and I think it would be fun to try to write a story a day or 1667 words, whichever comes first (a lot of them are fairly short

I could! I'd probably want to post them on my writing filter, though (which hasn't gotten any use in ages), instead of publicly.

If you're going to try to record them, I think it would be key to obtain a microphone that the storyteller could speak into. Trying to record with, say, a nearby laptop would likely result in not clear enough sound quality to be pleasantly listenable. And I want to be able to listen!

However, even if you don't manage to get the recording portion of the plan together, I hope you can organize the event!
