I took my sister to see it as a belated birthday present earlier and it was amazing. I preferred the hero's brothers to the hero though. Idk why, except I always latch on to minor characters more than major ones.

...I need to stop thinking about writing Hetalia Morocco-fic and get back to that Izuna/Touka. I am too easily distracted.

Haven't caught up on the anime in a while, anything interesting? I heard the Hinata episode was really good.

Yeah, it was. They stuck a whole load of flashbacks in. Chibi Hinata was so cute. Also, Hinata actually got to fight Pein.

I was talking about the manga though.

I had heard such good things about that movie. I hear it's one of those movies that plays on the one gag for too long (ie where's the dagger now?), but it also had potential for being a successful franchise.

Yeah, the dagger gag is a bit over-used now that you mention it but apparently the acting's good.

If it doesn't get a sequel, I'd be surprised.

Maybe in years down the line it'll be a cult classic. Or the second one will be even better than the first and really get the franchise going. Or maybe Jake Gyllenhaal will get a 18-pack and bring in more ladies.
