As MadelineUsher would put it, so I have this thyroid problem, right? And I had a test scheduled for today...they shoot you up with radioactive iodine and trace where it goes in your thyroid gland. But when I got there, they told me they couldn't perform the test. Why ( Read more... )

No, fun is NOT the word I would use to describe it. It is just so "all encompassing." I will never forget when I first connected my getting winded going up a flight of stairs to the hyper-active thyroid or for that matter, connecting my complete inability to have a clear mind about ANYTHING. The glandular system of our bodies just affects so much. I honestly mean that I am here for you if you need ANYTHING!! You have my number right? I know isomeme has my e-mail and I believe my number too.
