Guess who's in England. And guess who is at Karlene's house in England. And guess who fucking hates British keyboards because they're different and wonky. Yep, it's Laura ( Read more... )

I miss you. watching tv sans Laureate is a lonely business. House had nuns! Dr. Aussie was once in seminary to be a priest! He is so much hotter in my book now, and that is so so very wrong. He has nun-bitterness, too. It was snarklicious and I missed you. I miss you in general, too, of course.

Yay for Reading, Karlene, tTGoV and JC, and Warwick! All sounds grand.

Homyfreakinggod! He was gonna be a priest?! He has Catholic bitterness and guilt?! His hawtness has risen by 12 points at the very least. I wish I had gotten my aunt to record it, but I was more conerned with her getting "Lost" for me. *le sigh*

It is all grand here though, so I'll let it slide. Make note of what happens next week for me.

he was comforting the nun in that sorta awkward catholic-self-bitterness-but-trying-to-have-good-bedside-manner-but-what-on-Earth-is-making-you-sick way, and she got the info out of him, and she said that this illness was a test of God, and asked him why he left seminary, he said that he too had been tested by God, but unlike her, he didn't pass the test (!!!). And they exchanged favorite bible verses, and he healed a bit and aw...it was very pleasing.

(nun turned out to be having an allergic reaction to a copper cross that she'd had put inside her as birth control, which was pretty interesting. apparently it was popular in the 80s when she was a street teen.)

"Did I not say mark me and do as I do? When didst thou see me heave up my leg and make water against a gentlewoman's farthingale? Didst thou ever see me do such a trick?"

(I really enjoy Two Gentlemen of Verona.)

I really enjoyed it too, but Julius Caesar almost made me cream my shorts. Although, I do want a dog like Crab, but I want one who I can make pee on people on command. People like Proteus. I think I would have liked the whole thing a lot more and would have believed how quickly they forgave him, if Crab had let one rip on him too. *nodnod*
