Am intruiged, as my friendslist has exploded with Lost love tonight. What is the premise?

It's about this plane that crashes on a (presumably) tropical desert island. It's been torn in three; the tail fell off in the ocean, the fusilage landed on the beach, and the cockpit is somewhere in the jungle. There are about 48 survivors on the beach. A doctor, a pretty chick, a rockstar, a snarky Asian couple, a pregnant woman, a man and his son, a couple (maybe siblings) who are fighting. Sub-plots like whoa, right ( ... )
