our friends from ohio came to visit last week and it was amazing .
hadley, katie, bobby, beth
(seth & his band were here for the end of the visit to play at union pool)
we ate lots of food and explored new york and laughed a lot .

this visit to ny/canada was exactly what I needed. I am moving on in my life with certain things in dayton and never looking back. I will tell you more about it when I can.
