Helicopter crash

There was a helicopter crash about 3 miles from Estonia's coast. There were twelve passengers and two crew members aboard and they are all feared to be dead. The helicopter is still underwater and due to the bad weather (it's quite stormy here) the rescue operation has been delayed. No one knows the reason for the accident - it could have been
