I just got home from watching Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind at Sarah Whitney's house, and I just can't seem to get over how beautiful that movie is, and what an overwhelming feeling it gives me. It's funny, your journal shows a different side of you than one I ever see. For instance, I had forgotten that you liked the Grateful Dead, and I've never heard you say anything like that about your family. I wish you and I talked more. I'm going to start calling you again, and you should do likewise (since it's so hard to get ahold of you on the phone). Can I call your cell phone just to talk? You can call mine. I suppose I'm feeling excessively affectionate tonight, but I don't have anywhere to focus that affection besides LJ comments. It's a shame to speculate that you'd kiss some boondock knave before me. I'm quite serious when I say that I'm available for string-free affection, and I assure you won't feel guilty afterwards. On top of that, there is no question of my being fat.

yup, michel gondry is fucking amazing! you should get the DVD of his collected works. some of the greatest videos IN THE WORLD are on that two-sided disc. it kicks the spike jonze DVD's ass all over the place.
