Thank you :) I went back to an earlier part and gave her Jack's Vortex Manipulator and gave Eleanor his Webley.

Joan's just spent a day on the train. She's told Dr Rivers to believe what Jack tells him, and that they want Jack to come back to *them*, in one piece, or else. She might ring home and angst about it to Eleanor.
