I have a nasty little bunny telling me to stick Jack in Craiglockhart at some point in my WWI fic :(

Also, I made some art for the fic: torchwood girls fic research

boji did kind of give me the idea for this whole fic ages ago, with talk about a crossover with "Regeneration", which I have a copy of. I need to get the film, though, and I'm seriously considering writing this bit. It would be after a 2nd death, when Jack did completely lose it, and ended up in the hospital.

...All these young officers, these young men, the Lost Generation...

"I am not going back up in a plane. I quit. Ring Torchwood Three, and tell my girls I'm coming home."

I did find a teacher's pack about the film of "Regeneration", but if you have info about Craiglockhart, then help would be much appreciated, yes.

Hmm, the film (Behind the Lines in the US for some obscure reason) is OK but the book's better... If you can get hold of it, I recommend Siegfried Sassoon's Sherston's Progress - the first chunk of it covers his time at Craiglockhart. It's fictionalised as Sherston is his fox-huting/military alter-ego, without the poet side, but it's still valuable for getting a feeling for the place.

I've seen it, yes. In shiny, shiny HD.

The above seems very likely to have happened. That bit... :(

I was thinking more in terms of Harriet. A Torchwood girl, if ever there was one.

Oh, OK :) And yes! I liked her, the few minutes we got of the 1918 people. Someone canon to work into the story, maybe :)

(BTW, I have so far avoided Mary-Sue-ness for the OFCs, haven't I?)
