WAHHH, SARAH PALIN.

The Obama and McCain campaigns have agreed to an unusual free-flowing format for the three televised presidential debates, which begin on Friday, but the McCain camp fought for and won a much more structured approach for the questioning at the vice-presidential debate, advisers to both campaigns said Saturday.

I agree. It's ridiculous that she's given special treatment based on the fact that she can't answer questions in an intelligent manner. That's kind of the entire point of debates. And give me a break. "...a loose format could leave Ms. Palin....at a disadvantage." If you aren't a strong debater, then you shouldn't be running for VP. Heaven forbid someone loses a debate because they don't have answers or a way to defend her views. It clearly shows that she is nothing more than a pawn, chosen not for her "readiness" or capabilities, but for her ability to stir up the media and general public. I call bullshit.

Exactly! You know, they throw all of this stuff into it, all of the sexist comments about how she's a woman and that shouldn't matter, but yet they want us to "be easy on her" because of it, and I still believe that was why McCain picked her - because she's a woman, and like you said, hello, media attention. I think it's sickening that they're easing up on things they normally wouldn't just because this lady gets defensive when she can't answer questions properly.

You are so right. And the McCain camp and his supporters were nothing but anti-woman when it was HIlary running. None of the stuff they said seemed to make any bit of difference to the general public ( ... )

Waaahhhhh is right! If you aren't an experience debater, what makes them think she can be a good VP!?!?! What happens when she has to talk to people of different countries???
